Diaeton (Digital Intelligence, AI-Enabled Transformation for Optimizing Networks) is operated by Diaeton at diaeton.com ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
Startup Profile: details about your company such as product, audience, pricing, goals and budget.
Workspace data: campaigns and their results, CRM leads and contacts, Action Plan tasks, saved content in your Library, and the briefs you give to AI agents.
Messages: anything you send us by email or through the contact form.

Information collected automatically

Usage records: which AI tools and agent jobs you run and when, so we can apply your plan's monthly limits.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and server logs used for security and troubleshooting.

Payment information

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive your subscription status, plan and a customer reference.

3. How we use it

To provide Diaeton: running AI tools and agents, and showing your dashboard, CRM, ROI Tracker and Action Plan.
To tailor AI answers to your startup using your Startup Profile and workspace data.
To manage subscriptions, billing and plan limits.
To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
To reply to you and send essential service messages. We only send marketing emails if you agree, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. AI processing

When you use an AI tool or agent, the relevant parts of your request, Startup Profile and workspace data are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate the answer. On the Growth and Scale plans, agents may also run web searches to research your market. [Confirm your AI provider's current data-use terms and state here whether your data is used to train AI models.]

AI output can be inaccurate. Review everything before you publish it or act on it.

We share data only with service providers that help us run Diaeton, under contracts that protect it:

Anthropic: AI processing.
Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
[HOSTING PROVIDER]: servers and backups.
Google Fonts: this website loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address.
[EMAIL PROVIDER]: account and service emails, if used.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy will continue to apply.

6. Browser storage

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The web app keeps a sign-in token in your browser's local storage so you stay logged in, and this website remembers your light or dark theme choice. Clearing your browser data removes both.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. If you delete your account, we delete your workspace data within [30] days, except where the law requires us to keep records (for example, invoices). Backups are overwritten within [30] days.

8. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, per-account data separation, rate limiting and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. To use these rights, email us at info@diaeton.com. We will reply within the time the law requires.

10. Children

Diaeton is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

If we make important changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and let account holders know by email or in the app.
